Muscular discomfort is forgotten as knots are broken down, stripped of their grip within your legs, back and shoulders. Stiff sore aching muscles are massaged slowly, deeply to release stress, metabolic waste while increasing fluidity of movement. Focus is on the Back, Neck and Shoulders.

Let your Spirit Soar with this incredible blend of Sandlewood, Nag Champa and Amber Essential Oils.  Open your Mind and soothe your Heart with peaceful nurturing Therapeutic Hot Stone Massage. Designed to assist your Spirit regain Balance and inner Joy. Focus on the Back, Upper Chest and Head/Face.

* a soft lovely Patchouli can be substituted for one of the 3 oils - please let me know prior to your session if you prefer this

Combined with nurturing massage and aromatic butter, this creates incredible sensations of comfort and healing, increasing circulation, easing stress, pain, tension, insomnia and depression.

At the conclusion of each session, I will give you the Offering Bowl to pick a special totem to keep with you always as a reminder of your Mind Body & Spirit Journey.
