To whosoever seeks my Therapy, I pledge to Thee to do no Harm
To whosoever seeks my Therapy, I pledge to Thee no prejudicial thoughts or actions against and/or towards your race, creed, ethnic origins, sex, political or spiritual views, or financial standings in the community,
shall be displayed by me
To whosoever seeks my Therapy, I pledge to Thee equal and fair Compassion
To whosoever seeks my Therapy, I pledge to Thee the confidences shared between us shall remain thusly in accordance with the Laws of the Land that my practice is established in
To whosoever seeks my Therapy, I pledge to Thee to only administer Massage Therapy within the scope of my practice and should I determine I am presented with an issue outside my learned abilities I will so speak this to you and suggest to you an appropriate alternative without charge
To whosoever seeks my Therapy, I pledge to Thee an environment that is safe, clean, serene and comfortable. Should you feel unease, discomfort or at risk, please bring these feelings to my attention so that we may address them and resolve them to our mutual satisfaction
To whosoever seeks my Therapy, I pledge to Thee that should my environment cause me to feel unease, discomfort or at risk, I reserve the right to discontinue service to anyone and/or prohibit anyone’s patronage
To whosoever seeks my Therapy, I pledge to Thee to establish fair and comparable fees per the services I provide
To whosoever seeks my Therapy, I pledge to Thee to continue my education in all the many facets of Massage Therapy and to practice such education only upon completion and/or certification of such therapies
To whosoever seeks my Therapy, I pledge to Thee that I shall be professional, conscientious and consistent in my demeanor with you. I shall treat you with the utmost respect, courtesy and compassion, without judgment or preconceived opinions
To whosoever seeks my Therapy, I pledge to Thee
that I shall honor and value our Therapist/Client relationship and will not allow any other initiations of a relationship that is not consistent and respectful of our singular relationship’s qualities
To whosoever seeks my Therapy, I pledge to Thee that any therapies I assign you are thoroughly understood by you and acceptable to you for their therapeutic benefits and are by no means any type of Medical diagnostic tool, remedy or other such misinterpretation
To whosoever seeks my Therapy, I pledge to Thee to start and end our sessions at the agreed time and to charge you according to our agreement for my services
To whosoever seeks my Therapy, I pledge to Thee that nothing short of a natural disaster shall interrupt our sessions except as we have already agreed upon above
To whosoever seeks my Therapy, I pledge to Thee that your time spent in your therapy room is your personal Sanctuary. You may speak as freely as if you were alone, you may remain silent as you embrace the serenity that is my gift to you. Should you feel emotions well up within you as your body releases with relaxation, please feel safe to let your emotions release as well. I allow you the time and the dignity to experience all that Massage Therapy is capable of inspiring
To whosoever seeks my Therapy, I pledge to Thee at the conclusion of our session I shall place my hands together at my Heart Center, bowing with humble gratitude to you, softly saying, Namaste. This represents my belief that there is a Divine spark within each of us. “Nama” means bow, “as” means I and “te” means “you”.
Namaste literally means “I bow to you”.
